Baby Grand Piano

I was pleased with the whole process. To start, the interactions with receptionist Nicole were pleasent and informative. I obtained a quote which I was pleased with along with an additional piano service. The piano had to be disassembled and transported down the stairs of the location that I purchased it. The move into the new house went smooth. No damage to the piano or either house. I was impressed with the care that they took for the piano. The movers also adjusted the piano into the spot where my wife wanted it. I appreciated how clean they were considering the weather conditions also. Overall I was satisfied with the service.
