Unbelievable moving experience. The one word that comes to mind is "excellence". Everyone was a pleasure to interact with. The walk-through with Lorie was helpful to me. I had a lot of questions and she was a wealth of information. Christine was kind and supportive. And then the move day came. I had read up online on having movers pack and had braced myself for the "they packed the car keys and the trash" kind of movers. But my movers were amazing, nothing like what I'd read. They not only threw their muscle into the job, but their hearts and intelligence as well. They remembered things I pointed out to them at the beginning of the day. They clearly valued working hard and fast and passing their culture of excellence on to the next generation. The team was Sedona, Misa, and Chris. I cannot say enough good about them, the work they do. A rare work ethic of excellence.
